About the Maple Grove Project:
Located approximately 3 miles uphill from the bottom gate on Pine Canyon Road the Maple Grove Trail gets its name from the beautiful grove of Maple Trees the trail will start in. It also shares it's name and starting location with the popular Maple Grove Tentrr site in Wasatch Mountain State Park This is a multi-use, multi-directional Maple Grove Trail that stretches approximately 2.5-3 miles from Pine Canyon Road to the WOW Trail. The trail traverses truly stunning terrain including Mountain Mahogany groves, Maple and Pine forest and little travelled canyons and gullies. The Maple Grove Trail also provides critical emergency access to the WOW Trail, allow trail users of all types to create shorter WOW Trail loops and adventures, and opens up opportunities for future directional trail development in the area.
