Dylan Taylor

Dylan loves having something to do, especially outside. He can be found most weekends and many early mornings mountain biking, boating, snowboarding, or outside on his own two feet. He has been known to drag his wife and two children, dogs or friends on adventures throughout Utah, from the red rock deserts to the Wasatch Mountains where he grew up.

To fund his passion for the outdoors, Dylan has worked in various industries, starting as a snowboard and outdoor recreation instructor before moving into hospitality and property management in the Park City area. Dylan currently works on investments and lending at Extra Space Storage; a publicly traded real estate investment trust headquartered in Salt Lake City. In his role, Dylan has completed over $2B in real estate transactions including debt, joint ventures and acquisitions. He excels at cultivating relationships, critical analysis, solving problems and building consensus.

Why Are You Passionate About Trails and Serving WTF?

Being grounded in and connected to the natural beauty of Utah is a core part of who I am. And being able to share that connection with friends, family and the wider community is one of the great joys of my life. I believe in WTF's mission of connecting community through memorable outdoor experiences, I want to do my part in building amazing trails, and I am excited to serve the larger community in this role.
